Mac Kid Tip - This park is quiet and well shaded. It offers a half mile trail that is paved so it is great for strollers. The playground itself it a little smaller but what we like about this park is it doesn't get very busy so it never seems overcrowded. The Saucony Creek flows through the area so you can bring your fishing gear or maybe a bucket to explore the water life. The restrooms are in a small building located right near the parking lot so very convenient. Don't forget to check out the Chile Pepper Festival there each September as well. |
