In case you haven’t heard Just Between Friends (JBF) of Allentown/Bethlehem has been voted the #1 kids’ consignment sale in Eastern PA! How exciting! Since this event began 3 years ago, they have also grown to be in the TOP 25 events nationally among JBF sales and are considered a “Top Achieving” sale! What’s the JBF difference?? Read on!
JBF is a semi-annual mega kids sale. Local families come together to sell and shop for items for their kids. The event includes items for newborns all the way up to teens, and everything is in great shape (it’s inspected for stains, condition and recalls!). If your kids are growing faster than your budget, JBF is for you!
Here’s why I love to shop JBF:
- Items are inspected for stains! No digging through piles of worn out items, JBF ensures their items are in great condition. This season alone JBF has added 50 (yes 50!!) inspectors to their team to check items for sale! They only sell the best!
- Unlike a garage sale, all of the items are organized like a “store”. No going table-to-table and haggling on prices. Sellers are not present at the time of the sale, and all of the items are organized into departments such as “boys clothing”, “girls clothing”, “books”, etc. It’s well-labeled and super easy to shop!
- Speaking of easy shopping… JBF tries to make sure everyone has a great shopping experience! Lines are kept to a minimum, there is a hold area so you don’t have to lug around full bags, and even a fitting room for maternity and older kids to try on clothing!
- One more thing… bring your kids by on Saturday at 10am or noon for character appearances (like Spiderman!) and a photo op!
As far as consigning… there’s no comparison! JBF is by far the easiest way to sell your outgrown items!
- Unlike yardsales or buy/sell groups… there’s no haggling. No failed meetups. Earn way more than $.50/item!
- Unload hundreds of items all at once! Who has time to sell things one-by-one?
