Easy Stocking Stuffers with Sweet Treats from Target!

November 30, 2020

Do you struggle with stocking stuffers? Last year I ran from store to store, looking for tiny toys and gadgets that would fit. But after all my efforts, every single one of those treats were in the corner collecting dust by the end of the holiday week.

But this year, I had an epiphany. What if, instead of stuff, I give them what they really want -- candy! So this year, I'm stuffing stockings with our favorite treats from Target.

My boys love chewy treats, especially SOUR PATCH KIDS Soft & Chewy Candy and SWEDISH FISH Soft & Chewy Candy, so that's what I'll be putting in their stockings this year. The SOUR PATCH KIDS Candy are bright, fun, and packed with pucker pour, while the SWEDISH FISH Candy are soft and sweet, but not too sweet. And of course my boys have a unique "technique" for eating them, alternating back and forth between the two -- one sweet, one sour, one sweet, one sour. It's the perfect combination!

As for my husband, he never goes anywhere without gum in his pocket, so I'll be filling his stocking with a variety of flavors of TRIDENT Gum. He has a stressful job and loves to "chew through" the day at work, and it also helps when I drag him out to do the holiday shopping! This year, I'll be adding new TRIDENT VIBES Gum to his stocking. It's a sugar free gum with a light crystal coating that gives way to a smooth chew that provides waves of flavor that pops, pops, pops!

And yes, I'll even be prepping a stocking for myself this year. I'm a sucker for chocolate, and will be treating myself to a stocking full of Swiss made TOBLERONE Chocolate Bars! Made with honey and almond nougat, TOBLERONE Chocolate Bars are sold in more than 100 countries and instantly recognized thanks to their unique chocolate peak shape and unmistakable packs.
