As a busy parent, I know how hard it can be to find a job that fits your schedule when you're also juggling sports, school, and a whole slew of other kids' activities. Enter Papa! Papa connects its "Pals" with individuals who need non-medical help around the house or community. This is the perfect, FLEXIBLE, job for any busy parent who wants to make a little extra money.

I recently applied for and was chosen to become a Papa Pal, and I just had my first visit! I looked at my schedule and chose a few dates when I was free to work. Then I looked at the Papa Pal app and looked for local opportunities to help. The app lists all possibilities by date, time, and distance. This makes it easy to find the right opportunity for you.
I signed up to meet with a lovely lady at an assisted living facility nearby. We ended up going for a drive to run a few errands. It was a beautiful day, and we chatted for nearly two hours. We drove to the grocery store, pharmacy, and around the lovely countryside.
At first I was nervous about making conversation and ensuring that my new "Papa" had an enjoyable afternoon, but I quickly discovered that we got along quite well and I found myself smiling during the entire two hours.
At the end of the day, my new friend told me that it was a "lovely way to spend an afternoon" and I couldn't agree more!
One thing that I love about Papa is that if you click with a member, they can request for you to visit with them again. This is a beautiful feature that can lead to rewarding friendships. I am looking forward to my next visit and will report back soon!
Papa is currently looking for people who are caring, reliable, and energetic to meet with its many members and help assist in non-medical tasks around the house or nearby. More opportunities are popping up all around the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas each day. Papa Pals typically earn $20 an hour per visit.
Not only is this new job a great way for me to contribute to my family's expenses, it's also incredibly rewarding.
If this seems like the opportunity for you, visit the Papa website and apply!
