5 Things to do This Weekend in the Lehigh Valley (March 15th - 17th)

1- Celebrate Saint Patrick's Day

There are so many ways to get into the Saint Patrick's Day spirit in the Lehigh Valley this weekend! Multiple parades, Irish Culture Community Day, Kilts & Shamrock Fest, and more! 2- Lowe's Kids' Workshop: Flower Bird Feeder

If you haven't checked out the free Lowe's Kids' Workshops yet, this is the weekend to do it! Each month, you can head to the Lowes in Bethlehem or Whitehall for a free workshop using real tools and high-quality craft products. This month, your child can create their own flower bird feeder to take home.... just in time for spring! (Saturday, March 16th)


3- Pinocchio at DeSales

DeSales University does a lovely job with their children's theater productions. I have been to multiple with my own children over the years, and I am always impressed with the productions. Children can sit with their parents in their seat, or choose a seat on the carpeted area on the edge of the stage for an up close experience. This weekend, you can see the classic play, Pinocchio, during one of two performances at DeSales. This is a great way to introduce your child to theater, and support local!(Saturday, March 17th) 


4- Dog Man Day

Does anyone else have a kiddo who is obsessed with Dog Man? To celebrate the release of the new Dog Man book, Allentown Library is hosting Dog Man Day this Saturday. Swing by the library (no registration required) for Dog Man-themed activities and fun! (Saturday, March 16th)


5- Lehigh Valley Sports Turf Open Play

If you're looking for a fun way to help your child burn off some energy this weekend, Lehigh Valley Sports Turf is ready for you! On Saturday, you can visit the open play time for tons of indoor fun! Babies and toddlers can enjoy the active toddler zone. For older children, enjoy the open turf space. There will be spots balls and a small bouncy house, in addition to a fun obstacle course.
