Ramadan, the holiest month in Islam, is a special time of fasting, reflection, and giving back. It lasts 29 to 30 days, during which Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset as a way to grow closer to God and develop self-discipline, gratitude, and empathy for those in need.
Ramadan is expected to begin on February 28, 2025, but the exact date may vary based on the Islamic Calendar or lunar cycle, which align with the moon's phases. The month-long observance ends with Eid al-Fitr, a joyful holiday filled with prayer, feasting, and gift-giving—especially for kids!
