At Moravian Academy MAX | Summer, adventure, discovery, and creativity come alive across two vibrant campuses—the Merle-Smith Campus in Bethlehem and the Swain Campus in Allentown. Designed for children of all ages, MAX | Summer offers an engaging blend of fun, friendship, and learning that makes every day an unforgettable experience. Families can choose from a variety of dynamic programs tailored to different ages and interests. Each camp experience is thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity, confidence, and joy while encouraging every child to explore their passions and make lasting memories.
Early Learners Camp (Ages 3–Kindergarten)
Our youngest campers begin their summer adventure in a nurturing, play-based environment that fosters wonder and imagination. Through hands-on activities, storytelling, music, and outdoor exploration, Early Learners develop important social and emotional skills, build confidence, and discover the joy of learning through play. Guided by caring teachers, every day offers new opportunities for creativity, curiosity, and connection.
MAX | Day Camp
The heart of the summer experience, MAX | Day Camp brings together the timeless magic of summer fun with the values of teamwork, friendship, and discovery. Campers spend their days enjoying outdoor games, sports, arts and crafts, water play, and team challenges that encourage cooperation and confidence. From field days to creative projects, each week is filled with excitement, laughter, and the chance to build friendships that last a lifetime. Families can also choose our Spanish Immersion track, where campers enjoy all the same activities while naturally building their Spanish language skills through games, songs, conversations, and hands-on experiences.
MAX | Enrichment Camps
For those eager to dive deeper into a particular passion, MAX I Enrichment Camps offers weeklong specialty programs in STEM, robotics, visual and performing arts, culinary arts, and more. Guided by skilled educators and guest instructors, campers can experiment, innovate, and express themselves while learning new skills in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
